Melody Hultgren

Get to Know Me

Since 2000, Melody Hultgren has successfully closed hundreds of Bay Area real estate deals and more than $400M in sales. Her experience working with everyone from first-time buyers to seasoned investors has taught her that as with people, no two deals are alike. Widely known for being passionate, honest and reliable, Melody uses her persistent nature, energetic, dedicated approach, and local market expertise to ensure a successful outcome every time.
 
Born in Davis, California, Melody was raised in Connecticut and is living proof that one never knows where life will take them. At one time a college pre-med student, her early professional career varied from an activities director for a Berkeley nursing facility to a fire dancer for a traveling electronic music band. Melody’s real estate adventure began when she assisted one of her friends in her real estate startup, and over the years, she has worked alongside many top-producing agents.
 
Melody eventually went solo, becoming a top-producing agent herself and a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). Much of her success is due to her ability to listen and ask questions. She also has extensive experience with the eclectic real estate on offer in the Bay Area, including vacant land parcels, multi-unit apartment buildings, condos, lofts and single-family homes. No matter how complex the transaction or soft the market, Melody gets results. She’s a consummate professional with a vast skill set who’s fun, intelligent and conscientious.
 
Northern California has always had Melody’s heart, and she’s been a proud Bay Area resident since 1996. She stays active outside of real estate by raising her young daughter and looks forward to sharing some of her favorite activities with her when she gets older, such as running and playing tennis. She also enjoys giving back to her community, which includes volunteering at various soup kitchens and Lake Merritt Institute.
